    Will Fit Chevy Cobalt / ION / HHR with 2.0L LNF TURBO , 2.0 L LSJ Supercharged, 2.4L VVT LE5, and 2.2L - We have taken an old design and made it better. We now have a T6-6061 Aluminum Anodized Hub with interchangeable Drive Pulleys. This lets you have a few different options and gives us the ability to offer the same product for many different engine configurations. The Pulleys come with a 6 rib design which works on all 5/6 rib belt ecotec engines in these vehicles. We offer a OVERDRIVE , UNDERDRIVE , and STOCK replacement sizes. By lightening the cranks rotational mass you gain extra hp and helps the car rev out faster. This pulley is just over 2lbs Lighter than the stock Pulley!!!!! Easy Interchangeable Outer rings so on track day you can swap out to a different pulley for max performance.     This 2.79" pulley will fit the GM Stage 2 hub - It is made out of 6061 Billet Aluminum and Hard Anodized for wear resistance - There is 77.9 MM engraved on the face making it look like the stock 3" GM Pulley - It is CNC machine to 0.001" accuracy and designed to withstand high RPM - The side walls of the pulley are 77.9MM or 3” in diameter - The top of the groove has a diameter of 2.79” . These have been proven to run great on the GM stage 2 reflash as it is very rich fuel wise to start with and this will bring you right into the correct AFR . Will bump you up to 17.5psi !!!!!

ZZP Interchangeable Pulley System

    The ZZP Modular Pulley System includes HUB, pulley of your choice, 5 stainless socket cap button screws, and one barbed retainer to replace the breather bolt. After removing the stock pulley our stainless steel hub presses on using the same pulley tool used to remove the factory pulley. Once installed the hub allows quick changing of pulleys with an Allen wrench. The ZZP MPS allows you to change between pulleys depending on conditions, use one pulley for street use and a smaller for the track or when running high octane fuel. A modular pulley system is a must for those planning to continue to modify their car in the future.

ZZP Adjustable Tensioner

    When dropping to a smaller pulley size, running a smaller belt is not possible. This is because the OEM supercharger belt is ribbed on both sides and not available in different lengths. The factory tensioner on the supercharged Cobalt will take up slack as you drop in pulley sizes but it is limited in travel. It also loses tension as it extends leaving you with less tensioning force when you need it most. Smaller pulleys have less surface contacting the belt. This mandates a higher tension to prevent belt slip. With the ZZP adjustable tensioner, a force much higher than stock can be achieved. This eliminates belt slip and maximizes boost! The ZZP adjustable tensioner solves this problem by giving you full adjustability. It is mandatory for maximizing your engine’s potential when running smaller pulleys. It comes anodized in black. The pivot center is CNC machined from 303 stainless steel and uses the same type of Teflon coated bearings as the factory tensioner. It is O-ring sealed at both ends and is 1/2 the weight of the stock tensioner further improving performance.
