The companies that make these make the car bolt on plates seperately out of molds and have very good tolerances in production and quality. They are however plastic , popped from molds by the 100's and shipped overseas to us. Same goes for the mirror .They have made it so the base plates can mount up to 3 or 4 different design mirrors so that way people have more options of available styles to choose from . The only problem is that no mirror or base plate can ever be 100% perfect or the same There may be small gaps that require some sanding of the plastic for a more perfect fitment. We started offering these mirrors because based on the price of them and the quality they are a great value in our opinion. They are inexpensive aftermarket replacement mirrors that offer Power Glass , LED's and will bolt into factory holes . There fitment is very good but not 100 % perfect without some small extra sanding or drilling of there plastic mounting holes. They do NOT come with instructions as many items we sell do not as we recommend professional installation for liability issues if you can't figure it out.
